Description (taken from the menu):
Grilled Vegetarian Reuben: Swiss cheese, horseradish coleslaw, sauteed spinach, mushrooms and onion on grilled swirled rye bread with Thousand island dressing.

Sandwich presentation:
The sandwich was served cut diagonally, and placed facing outward on a stoneware plate next to the side item. Both slices of rye were lined with a slice of Swiss cheese. The sandwich was constructed with the thousand island dressing between the slices of cheese, mixed with the coleslaw, spinach, mushrooms and onion.

Reuben Ruminations:

: This unorthodox "Vegetarian Reuben" was very tasty, if not necessarily very Reuben-ly. The bread was spectacular, and the two slices of Swiss cheese were excellent. I enjoyed the mushrooms--unfortunately it was rather light on the spinach. It was kind of a small sandwich and heaviest on the coleslaw, and since I am not a big horseradish fan was a little bit of a turnoff. We had to wait quite a while to get a seat at the dining room, but the Roosevelt Lodge is pretty spacious so we spent a little time browsing the small gift shop corner and resting in the sitting area near the fireplace. This is a decent place to stop and eat while enjoying Yellowstone National Park. ()
